LaSER Latvia 2040 Report emphasized the crucial role of Riga in the development of Latvia’s economy. The main goal of this research project is to expand on this vision. We will focus on such themes as higher education, innovations, transport, housing and construction. We will outline the strategic vision for Riga in 2040 in all thematic parts of the report, but we will also pinpoint some recommendations and propose policy initiatives.
