About Us
LaSER is a privately financed think tank.
We research and develop innovative and evidence-based policy ideas and political initiatives.
Our motivation is to support the ongoing development of a prosperous Latvian society and a state that is democratic, secure and embedded in the EU and NATO. Our aim is for Latvia to become one of the EU’s TOP 10 wealthiest countries by 2040.
Our mission is to contribute to the sustainable development and preservation of sovereign Latvian statehood.
